1) Pre-Construction take-off and procurement of materials for Projects.
2) Communication with Project Manager for materials, scheduling and installations.
3) Maintain complete records of job materials and other materials/ equipment for budget purposes.
4) Keep project materials and equipment within budget.
5) Material prep and organization with warehouse for job staging.
6) Weekly meeting with Project Manager, administrator and warehouse manager for all jobs.
7) Oversight of Trinity Power Residential and Commercial fleet and equipment.
8) Proper stocking trucks and trailers with Solar equipement.
9) Understand and be able to communicate NEC Code rules and regulations plus any any additional local or state codes for electrical solar work and maintenance.
10) Identify proper installation with installers for projects.
11) Communicate with distributors via email or phone for purchasing equipment.
12) Receiving equipment and ordering including following up on orders and backorders.
13) Pull equipment for installation. Including loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
