In my role as a Senior Supervisor, I serve as a dependable right-hand support for the restaurant. Over the course of my tenure, I developed my skills, taking on tasks such as resolving customer concerns and managing a team of crew members, particularly during peak periods like weekends and holidays. Notably, I created strong relationships with many regular customers who frequently praised my customer service and positive demeanor. One regular, "Todd," a former employee for the city of Roseville, was so appreciative of my service that he wrote a letter expressing his gratitude for my consistent sociability and the overall store experience. This resonated so positively that it got the attention of the company's CEO, Teri Ernandes, who also extended her commendation by mailing me a letter as well.
