Responsibilities include: Training and supervision of shift electricians. Performance and record keeping of MSHA required electrical examinations. Electrical construction and partial design of expansion projects including new ball mill, filter presses, longi magnetic separators, ultra fines recovery system and power distribution centers. Troubleshooting, installation and repair of electrical motors, sensors, variable frequency drives and programmable logic controllers.

Head Electrician for both underground and surface operations. Responsibilities include: troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of loadout systems, office and shower facilities, underground electrical equipment, 480 Volt generators, 480 Volt/995 Volt transformers, and 12,470 substation. Oversaw design and construction of secondary crusher/loadout system and other electrical installations including solar applications. Conducted electrical examinations on underground and surface equipment. Worked with maintenance department in troubleshooting and repair of surface diesel equipment.

Responsibilities include: Underground and Surface Electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and installation of Belt Drive controllers, VFDs, PLCs, motors, Conspec system, Tracking system, electrical Pump System, and main mine ventilation fan. Performed Breaker and circuit protection examinations and electrical permissibility examinations. CM section and diesel equipment maintenance and repair.

CM Section Mechanic

Responsibilities include: Troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and electrical permissibility examinations of CM Section equipment.

Longwall Mechanic

Responsibilities include: Troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and electrical permissibility examinations of Longwall equipment.

Longwall Propman

Responsibilities include: Advancing Longwall roof support shields and general maintenance of Longwall face.

Responsibilities include: All aspects of framing and construction of custom homes, track homes, churches, motels, warehouses, and other commercial buildings.

Responsibilities include: All aspects in maintenance of college campus and housing. Including electrical, plumbing, structural and grounds keeping.

Unloading, movement and storage of merchandise. Recording and keeping inventory of merchandise.

Responsibilities include: Supplying Longwall mining panel with adequate voltage, water pressure, emulsion pressure, and ventilation. Maintaining roof support in roadways and ventilation entries.

Longwall Headgateman

Responsibilities include: Maintaining and advancing headgate belt-drive with Longwall mining advancement. Extraction of belt structure, monorail, and water lines. Communication with surface Conspec personnel and Longwall face personnel.

Responsibilities include: Roof support of Longwall panel and bleeder entry.
