Dustin Stenerson

As a produce associate I am responsible for stocking and properly rotating product, breaking down the load, preparing and washing product for the wet rack, checking the temperature of the coolers, and assisting customers in a myriad of ways. I am alone for most of my shift seeing as I am the closer so I have to be able to properly prioritize what needs to get done without any assistance.

I was initially responsible for receiving customer payment and moving cars though the wash but after multiple staff loses I was quickly given the responsibilities of a shift lead. I was then given the responsibility of opening and maintaining the car wash on my own until A manager arrived. I was also responsible for closing the car wash which required me to send a report of our finances during the day as well as clean the inside of the car wash.

My job as a courtesy clerk required me to preform tasks all around the store from helping customers at the front of the store to helping maintain the bottle center. I was required to balance multiple tasks at once due to the fact that we were usually understaffed.

As a grocery parcel I was required to put together a muti hour plan on how to complete what I was assigned for the day. I mostly worked alone and had multiple tasks that I needed to complete in a set amount of time. These tasks ranged from stocking shelves to responding to customer requests.
