Daily tasks included overseeing 3 production lines plus a baking department which took 50 employees. Safely starting up production lines on time. Shifting employees through the plant, keeping in mind whats the best case scenario for the entire plant. Running production lines at rate with a high quality standard. Making staffing schedules for the following day. Attend daily meetings. Also working with production planning and payroll when needed.
Oversee the production line on 2nd shift and make sure we were producing a high quality product at the desired rate. communicate and work with employees to achieve daily goals.
Install Granite and Marble countertops in homes and businesses. Work with the customers on their projects and work in the shop as needed.
