This accelerates learning, improves decision-making, tracks player development, and helps align expectations between the athlete, parent, and coach. We provide clear objective individual film clips to help players and parents understand the game from a coach’s perspective without uncomfortable meetings about playing time or performance with their coaches; this allows us to help bridge the gap without confrontation as we work with the head coach to help with the process.
