Dustyn Love

I am a hard working, professional, college student with 6+ years of management experience, 4 years spent in high end, electronic retail, and the last 5 years spent in Event, Personal, and Casino Security. I started my security career as a Private Investigator (2006-2010). I have served under different capacities as a Security Officer including Sex Trafficking Liaison Officer, Fusion Liaison Officer, and LVMPD Liaison Officer. I have assisted and been involved in several key investigations over the past year including Credit Card Forgery Lab, Wanted Pearson’s, Missing Person’s, and Terroristic Threats. I have served as an armed Security Supervisor (Graveyard Sergeant) where I was responsible for managing approximately 20 Security Officers, and being the primary response for incidents throughout the valley when those officers in the field needed assistance. As a Sergeant, I have also acted in Internal Oversight capacity conducting internal investigations on employees and officers that violate company policy, and city, county, and state laws.

I am a college student that is working on a degree in Strategic Intelligence Studies with specialization in Counterintelligence and Foreign Intelligence, and Law Enforcement Intelligence. I am an action oriented individual that has career ambition, that has great customer focus, interpersonal savvy and problem solving skills, I am great at dealing with difficult situations/people that challenge my composure, conflict management, learning on the fly, and dealing with ambiguity. I have great decision quality and time management skills.
