  • Create and backup updated Windows images for laptops/desktops.
  • Debug, optimize and validate firmware on SSD, NVMe devices as well as client host systems.
  • Download/update firmware onto NVMe drives and execute read/write, stress, UGS/OSD, sleeper etc. NVMe tests to ensure the drive reaches customer qualifications.
  • Troubleshoot issues with network, laptops/desktops and solid state drives.
  • Debug/analyze failures with firmware engineers and execute 'debug' firmwares to roll out in official firmware releases.
  • Self-encrypting drive testing using Winmagic, McAfee and Softex.
  • Create JIRA tickets when encountering failures and use debugging tools such as JTAG, LeCroy PCIe Analyzer, and proprietary debug hosts to troubleshoot failure.
