I started at the Neenah main terminal doing dock and yard work for the first 6 months. I then transitioned to p&d driver running various routes around north eastern Wisconsin. I then was asked by management to transfer to our Baldwin,WI terminal to take over a linehaul position in the late summer of '97. During my time at the Baldwin terminal, I ran both straight 53' and a set of doubles trailers for 10 years. After that, I accepted p&d runs to both Wilmar and Alexandria,MN and ran those routes until I returned to the Neenah,WI terminal in the spring of 2010. Once back in Neenah, I became a driver trainer assistant as well as ran various routes in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota and The U.P. of Michigan.
