- I started in production and began advancing through the company. Just after 2.5 years, I advanced to a Process Expert where I was over maintaining 2 automated lines. I changed cylinders, sensors, machine adjustments, robot teaching, and machine modifications. Then just under 5 years from that I got into maintenance where I began learning how to use plc programs such as Omron, Allen Bradley, and Mitsubishi. I also became familiar with a Denso robot programs. I maintained lines and completed projects that we're needed by the lines. Moved into Maintenance Lead Tech role in 2020 and continue to do program changes and machine modifications to increase cycle time and reduce machine downtime and scrap parts.
