As a Pre-weigh Tech my job is to use varies liquids and powder ingredients that ultimately gives each body wash or shampoos and conditioners there scent and colors. My job is to pre-weigh all the ingredients to each specific number for each batch or product to be mixed.

• Cleaned, maintained and properly stocked material for in-coming shift to prepare for required duties.
• Followed safety guidelines while operating forklifts/reach trucks and wore protective gear when weighing hazardous ingredients.

• Loaded completed orders on pallets according to delivery numbers.
• Operated lift equipment to safely move stock in and out of high bay areas and around premises.
• Operated a Saw, Stamp and Drill that a operator use to cut steel to specific angles and length. The stamped was to show hard or soft steel and the drills varied to each size in steel need.

• Set up tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges and other related parts for use in production operations.
• Handled various mechanical and technical machinery during manufacturing process.
• Calibrated machines to adhere to quality standards and maintain required productivity levels.
