Driven by strategic visioning and operational excellence, I leveraged my role as CEO at Fithomefitlife.com to launch a pioneering online health and fitness store. At Jacobi Medical Center, my empathetic communication and effective decision-making enhanced patient wellbeing. My book underscores my commitment to customer focus, showcasing my ability to inspire and educate through challenging times.
Put together an online health and fitness store that's still at the beginning stage in retail. I'm looking for a place to work as an independent remote customer service representative that allows me to balance my time with personal & business obligations. I'm looking for flexibility and a really great environment to run my business and support customers of the establishment that picks me while having fun and building a community. Before this, I was a PCA- Patient Care Associate, during The Pandemic of March 2020, where I wrapped bodies of people who died of Covid-19. Being an excellent communicator written & verbal for patients and their relatives, showing empathy, being punctual, being patient, and talking less & listen more helped eased the situation better.
I wrote a book titled: NYC Health Beck & Call A State Of Wellbeing by PBody Blaque (My pen name). During The Pandemic, many people lost hope and thought it was the end of the world. I wrote this book for inspiration for those still here and to educate them about health as well as reveal the things I did to survive and live for another day.

Meditating helps me take a break from the outside world and helps me focus & remain in control. Weight Lifting maintains my youth and keep limbs & muscles in conditioned. Jogging helps my cardiovascular system (heart & lungs) stay strong. Listening to music is another way to make me feel good and take me back to nostalgic moments. Reading self development books lets me know that anything can be improved upon. And I stay informed. But I may add, any negativity I keep it short & to the point. I choose to stay optimistic.
