• Performed scheduled maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Prepared documentation and drafted reports detailing completed maintenance activities

• Take daily readings on the boilers and safety devices. Weekly testing of the boiler water. Make repairs to the boiler as needed. Annually preparing the boiler for state inspections by punching the tubes and cleaning out the water section and firebox. Take daily readings on the chiller. Make sure the chillers are operating effectively and efficiently. If more chillers are needed, bring more online. Check cooling towers for cleaning and or repairs. Daily checks on the chemical levels in the condenser water. Check on the levels and towers themselves. Yearly cleaning of the towers. Make necessary repairs as needed on the cooling towers throughout the year. Daily and weekly fire system checks and repairs.

• Maintain the operation of the chiller plant and boiler plant as well as operated building automation systems.

• Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation, and alteration of District heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, and related equipment and facilities. Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.

• Maintain the operations of the boiler plant. Perform pump repair and preventative maintenance on utility systems of the plant.

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical equipment. Test and replace circuits. Coordinate emergency repairs and large complex projects. Troubleshoot and correct defective switches, receptacles, ballasts, and other wiring. Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance.

• Watch and fire low-pressure boilers. Maintain, adjust, and make minor repairs to boilers, industrial oil burners, heating and domestic hot water equipment, and auxiliaries. Keep logs and make reports as required. When assigned to a roving team in the operations area, respond to emergency dispatches.
