Summary

Working 40 hours per week, I was responsible for the installation, grooming, and testing of the following
systems for the Virginia class submarines:


• Flask Bottles installation which includes grinding, measuring, and balancing the noise control mounts for quiet operation.
• Torpedo tube locking ring, installing flushing blocks, and
actuators.
• Circuit D's were installed using multiple tools and drilling to
specification.
• The muzzle door switches were installed working with welders
and the x-ray personnel. This work also included drilling and tapping.
• SOF doors are part of the submarine's sail and entails drilling and tapping along with centering and machining liners. 

I have mastered usage of the following tools ranging
from simple wrenches to drill presses to more complicated equipment boring equipment and precision
grinders. I am qualified to run the Temporary Auxiliary Seawater systems.
