Supervisor (Six Maritime) of Port of San Diego Cruise Ship Terminal work site. While working at this site, I ensure that all personnel comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations presented in the Six Maritime Employee Handbook and the Six Maritime SOP. Due to on going threat profile in our country, heightened terrorist activity, and continued scrutiny of security operations at ports by both government agencies and the media, I manage standards of performance at this work site to mantain the highest level of security. This standard of excellence is dictated not only by Six Maritime Security but also to meet federal guide lines presented in 33 CFR Part 105, and the Facility Security Plan. Due to the unique location and requirements of this work site, in combination with the volume of people Six Maritime Security personnel encounter, policies and regulations are more stringent than at other sites.
