  • Recruiting, training, and directly supervising 20 proctors throughout the academic year.
  • Member of the Administrative Board of Harvard College, which considers undergraduate petitions for exceptions to College rules, as well as unsatisfactory academic records and matters of College discipline.
  • Serving on the Harvard College Honor Council, which handles all matters of academic integrity violations.
  • Regularly working with partner offices on academic issues affecting individual students.
    Playing a critical role in both individual and community crisis management and disciplinary incidents and serves in an on-call capacity.
  • Responsible for hand matching suitemates and completing housing assignments for the 450 students in Crimson Yard.
  • Assists senior management in formulating student service policies and procedures; makes recommendations to improve overall administration.
  • Works with the FYE team to identify and create support plans for students who experience significant challenges throughout the year.
  • Overseeing the First-Year Intramural Program.
  • Communicates with parents and families regarding student concerns, when necessary.
