  • As Facilities Manager I am responsible for coordinating and, controlling, and implementing the organization’s facilities to include documenting and requesting periodic building modification, maintenance, and repair.
  • Accomplishes studies and or projects for physical space management and utilization requiring the development of recommendations for assigning and reassigning space to promote economic utilization of facilities.
  • Conducts investigations and studies of the effectiveness of facilities support efforts and prepares recommendations in the form of reports and briefings to correct problem areas and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Develops technical documentation, cost analyses, and detailed justifications to support recommendations.
  • Coordinates with management officials, Local inspectors, GSA, and Garrison experts to assure that facilities are maintained IAW established safety standards.

  • Oversees a group of PEO MS facility coordinators in the planning, directing, and accomplishment of operations, yearly Installation Status Reporting (ISR) training, project management, advisor on manpower, human resources management, facilities/property management and a variety of administrative/support functions for the project office.
  • Assist with managing the organization's Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) and project office administrative and operational programs as related to space management.

  • I attend monthly meet with my First Line Supervisor and RSA Phoenix Services Project Manager to give a review reports on safety issues in an out of the building; we review the invoice of ordered supplies and new products.
  • During this meet I turn-in daily payroll time sheets, quarterly I conduct an equipment inventory quarterly with a supervisor.
  • I report all fire hazards to building manager or to a supervisor for safety stats, tracking problems if happing at other buildings.
  • Once a Fire Alarm is sounded I have the task of assisting personnel in existing the building to ensure all exist the building.
