I believe in the push for training and understanding of what you are working with daily. I try my hardest to do this for myself everyday when I punch out. If I didn’t get something or didn’t understand it I go home and investigate it. I believe in not giving up on a task and fighting through it and have proved this with many past employers. When I am employed somewhere I try my best to always treat it as my own through all my affairs.
