I maintain and fix issues for my bosses 4 different apartment complexes. On top of prepping build sites and building houses and duplexes for the various small properties my boss obtains. We also do yard maintenance for his various properties that have yet to be built on.

Oversaw a section of the Mill.

Making sure the machines were running correctly and efficiently.

Making sure 15-20 people below me were doing their jobs accurately and efficiently.

If anything went wrong with the machinery I'd call the Millwright and help him fix the issues.
