• Dispatching and directing tower crews daily.

• Ensure site is alarm free and all levels are in range. Levels include fiber loss at all connections, proper SFP installation, RF return loss and RSSI, PIM results passing and all LTE alarming is cleared up
• Ensuring crew are adhering to all safety standards per OSHA, ANSI and Qualtek. Inspecting daily JHA reporting turned in by crews
• Review daily reporting turned in by crews daily. Ensure all replacement equipment/material is properly installed to customers standards.
• Report to customer daily on status of progress or completion of projects.
• Work with suppliers allocating replacement equipment through RMA and WERF processing.

• Reviewing crews external testing results. This includes sweep testing, passive Intermodulation (PIM) and fiber testing.

• Assessing possible site dangers daily and accurately filling out JSA/JHA
• Rigging towers to complete any work needed on tower
• Calculate load forces and documenting findings in daily rigging plan
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed to standard
• Ensure the well being of all employees present site.
• Utilizing test gear, test suspect equipment to determine where fault may lie.
• Communicate with support and management teams daily
• Ensure COV is properly maintained on a daily basis
• Daily tasks could include changing out fiber trunk lines, fiber jumpers, RF jumpers, RF hardlines, Radios, antennas cutting in multiple different RF connections and DC power.
• Ensure all LTE alarming is clear. This includes punching down alarms at 66 block if needed.
• Daily inspection of all safety equipment and PPE. Daily inspection of mine and my crews fall arrest harnesses. Inspect all rigging ropes, straps and blocks daily.
