  • This job is quite satisfying when done right, knowing you helped a customer in need, sold someone their first car or even their hundredth, it is all the same
  • I learned to treat customers right and not try to finesse them into a hunk of junk or a ridiculous loan
  • But instead to give them a good deal and a great time, so they not only like you, but feel obligated to come back to you.

  • Working in a department store you often find yourself not doing anything, but I myself would always look for things to do such as sweeping the floor, fixing the shelves display, restocking items that were low, and helping any of the other employees with their isles
  • I also manned the cash register some days as they felt I was trustworthy enough to take on both positions, from there my customer experience blossomed
  • I now feel no stress or nerves when speaking to any customer
  • This place paved the way for me and showed me exactly how I need to treat people, with respect and a smile on my face.
