I have become a team oriented newfound leader through my time at LL Flooring. I have learned to greet customers, use the extensive product knowledge to streamline the customers wants/needs, built quotes as well as managed the sample inventory so customers could take a piece of the selected flooring home, used SAP/CRM computer systems to follow up with customers after leaving the store, and when a customer is ready to buy set up transfers from LL warehouses/other stores to get product to the store in a timely manner. I would consistently do all of these tasks while also answering the phone as a customer service/satisfaction representative. All of these skills took much time to learn, and I plan to take these skills wherever life leads me.
