Over seeing all flying and finishing. Making sure beams get glued with in the allotted time limit per standard. Checking for stack joints correct lay-up. Planing on beams on the planer when beams are done gluing. Correctly finishing all beams bring to them up to customer standards. Check for tolerances and proper appearance as well as keep teams maybe working SAFELY and efficiently and providing the best products for our customber
