I have been working for AZZ in Gainesville for five years.
Over the last five years i have learned plating processes, pre treatment processes,powder coating requirements, specs for each processe and pre treatment processes.
I started on second shift working on the anodize line running, clear anodize, blue anodize, gray anodize, black anodize as well as zinc phosphate, and iron phosphate.
Six months after i started a supervisor position had opened I applied and was hired as the night shift supervisor, i was
responsible for all production at that time. As well as hiring and
firing employees based on job performance.
Safety is my number one responsibility, as well as production
and making money. Im a self driven individual and will do whatever it takes to accomplish any task or goal that is set before me.
Im highly motivated and have a vision for production, and creating streams of income.
