Striving to serve. Allowing God to work through me to provide service to my community as he is my foundation. I have a constant hunger to learn and grow. Being a team member and applying experience, drives my motivation to achieve and be successful.
Moving heavy equipment and material constantly throughout shifts. Subjected to elements such as dirty work environment and weather. Completing tasks such as cabinetry, crown mold, base trim and doors. These were expected to be completed at a high paced output. Framing houses at entry level experience. However, this required adapting quick to face pace conditions with extremely heavy materials. Exposed to environments and tough expectations from crews. Both job environments have a unique culture of testing your ability to work with crew members. Being exposed to this helped propel me in my EMS career.

Working with County Hospital throughout 24 hour shifts to cover emergency service for county, and transferring high and low acuity patients to higher acuity hospitals. Performance and duties were in line with responsibilities at Transcare and IEMS.
Exposed to consistent high run volume of patient care. Undergoing persistent situational awareness. Working with Fire, Law Enforcement social worker and electric companies. Brief but sufficient experience as chase medic. Sometimes being first on scene to calls. Handling unstable patients/scenarios while using protocol, judgment and common sense to evaluate safety of myself and others. Training new hires and students. Submitting paperwork on time, in fast paced environment. Extended work hours due to run volume.
