

I have spent the last 24 years working in food and beverage service. Starting with banquet service in my teens to managing multiple from scratch kitchen/ craft cocktail speakeasy bars to managing a multi million dollar multi unit hotel program.
I am familiar and managed and had training in essentially all front and back of house positions.
I pride myself on my diligence in my duties as well as a continuing need to learn and better myself. I strive for excellence in myself and to lead by that example in my team.
