I am the main prep cook an im the main dish washer for millers im that guy you can count on an always call in but for prep i cook an prep all the food for the 16 hours their opened plus stuff for the next day and for dish i clean an wash all the plates an pans plus i jump on prep some nights so im not sitting around doing nothing i make sure everything is good for the next person so their not stressing an their walking into a good day
