Work History

Field Engineer

U.S. Techs LLC
01.2021 - Current

My role as a field engineer at U.S. Techs is to deliver exceptional IT field service in collaboration with the customer while following industry best practices and utilizing my knowledge and experience in the trades.

The company is an IT contracting service, utilizing work platforms to bid on and receive jobs. Due to the high variability of the type of work and the location of the job sites, I have traveled far and wide throughout Nevada, California, and even Oregon to complete many service tickets and long projects, including but not limited to structured cabling, A/V installs, security and CCTV installs, analog and VOIP phones, light desktop support, network equipment and data rack installs, smart hands for client support, and much more. I started this job with no experience in the industry, and have learned a lot about it through trial by fire. Having been in the industry over 4 years now with this job, I am well equipped to complete many different tasks at a high level to exceed the customer's expectations.

Order Picker / Filler - Dairy/Deli

Walmart
10.2020 - 03.2021

I transferred to the Walmart distribution center 7048 in McCarran, NV off of USA Parkway from the Walmart supercenter in South Reno off of Damonte Ranch Pkwy. I worked at the warehouse for just under 6 months, and I quit due to recurring health issues with my ankle. The job requirements were to fulfill orders in the cold Dairy/Deli section of the warehouse by driving around the electrical pallet jack, stacking pallets with product following the commands of the pick system via the headsets we were given. I was able to fulfill the job well and in a quick manner but my existing ankle issues would leave me in great pain by the end of my shift, so I quit. Since then I have rehabed my ankle and can definitely resume similar activities in another warehouse role without issues.

Walmart Associate - Stocker - Cap 2

Walmart
01.2019 - 10.2020

Job responsibilities included stocking merchandise throughout the entire store as needed, unloading trucks of merchandise as they came in, sorting products onto pallets based on category and department, amoung other tasks.

Pizza Cook

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza
04.2018 - 01.2019

This was my third real job in high school. I was apart of the staff that opened this restaurant and my job responsibilities included dishwashing, preparing ingredients, making pizza dough, recording and fulfilling customer's orders, oven smithing, etc. Anything that was needed, I was doing.

Lifeguard

Water Park at Wild Island
06.2016 - 09.2016

This was my first ever official job when I was 14 years old, and just starting high school. I needed to work due to a poor decision that I made in school, and my parents made me get a job. I was required to go to lifeguard training at the swimming center at the University of Nevada, Reno, and complete and certification course which was paid for by the water park. Job responsibilities required me to move around and monitor various water attractions in a scheduled manner, as well as orchestrate the smooth and safe operations of the various water slides around the park.
