As an Ensign SWO in the Navy, I am currently a student at Basic Division Officer Course at Naval Base San Diego where we learn basic shiphandling, engineering systems, management skills, maritime warfare strategy, as well as personal time management and critical thinking skills.

Performed unarmed security at three locations under Omega Guard Services (Trio Charlotte, Trio Charleston, and Burns Alley Tavern). Duties included wanding patrons for unauthorized items, checking identification at the door, keeping an accurate count of the number of patrons, controlling ingress/egress from the building, artist protection/escort, as well as crisis management.
