Dylan LaFleche

Passionate about my job. Will work sun up to sun down. Will work hard under any circumstance. Willing to take criticism from others, and use it on future tasks. Have been with McAllister Machinery since June 29th 2023. Completed the Owen's program. When on break from college I did a stint in the heavy equipment shop, then a stint in the gas engines shop. Learning from all kinds of different mentors over the years and taking away very good skills. All of the other breaks I've been at Presque Isle quarry. When working I stay as safe as possible, always finding ways to become safer.
