Breaking down complex blueprints both for welding and fitting require following specific procedures to ensure standards according to MIL-STRD. Having VT ( visual testing ) qualifications comes with more responsibility in testing weld sizes with calibrated gauges to ensure all welds meet size and shape based on the blueprint. Also following another form of computer knowledge to sign off specific SWSS joints after testing in accordance with another MIL-STRD.
Arrive before opening hours to receive shipments to stock freezer and floor. Once doors open, being presentable and approachable allows customers to feel comfortable seeking help. Being able to organize and work in a timely manner to ensure customers could buy what they came in for.
Working different schedules to assist customers with layout, cutting carpet or blinds, and helping choose different styles of flooring. Customers sometimes required help with installation so using a 3rd party company to set up dates and time of installation gave extra responsibility's.
