Brought consistency back to the Used car Operation at Kay Honda. They had operated without a UCM for tthree months prior to my start. Took the store from the 90 car range up to 130 units a month. Tripled the CPO output of the operation to 50 units monthly. Successfully navigated a 60-day turn rate while keeping wholesale losses at normal levels. Utilized VAuto and Carguru's daily for pricing and merchandising. Worked directly with customers to source vehicles for the store through our Service drive and Kelly Blue Book leads. Expanded the sourcing of inventory by paying salespeople to purchase vehicles from customers as well. Led training sessions in regards to presenting used cars and pencil training. Created a document for a sales process and a trade process at the dealership. Streamlined the stock number system for easier identification of vehicle source. Was responsible for data input to properly keep track of vehicle gross in regards to how the vehicle was sourced.
