Dylan Nelson

As an Industrial Engineering student at Rutgers University on a financial track, I am passionate about finding efficient solutions for complex problems and improving existing solutions to familiar problems. This passion stems from my desire to optimize processes in all facets of society. If something is considered “good,” it can always be better. I aim to combine an engineering and finance background to assess, finance, and implement technology projects. These diverse backgrounds will allow me to apply quantitative and analytical skills in new and innovative ways. I am looking to grow in knowledge and experience as much as possible and am seeking internship experiences in engineering, finance, consulting, and private equity roles. These are my main interests; however, I am willing to learn from anybody in new fields and related industries in order to grow as both an engineer and a person. I am excited to use my versatile skill set and create an efficient environment at a company.
