• Apply principles and techniques of construction surveying, using both optical and gps equipment.
• Collect, analyze, and process survey data in order to create drawings and maps, including computer-aided drawings.
• Perform duties incidental to construction, design, planning, estimating, and management.
• Use optical reading/electronic total station survey instruments to establish the horizontal and vertical alignment/layout for construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD civil3D, and TrimbleBusinessCenter for methods of preparing architectural/mechanical/civil drawings, to include computations for bills of material/earthwork volumes.
• Make calls to various vendors to obtain the lowest cost of materials possible for any given project.
• Responsible for projects varying from small scale buildings to multi-million dollar range renovations.

• Managed daily operations to ensure a high level of efficiency, consistency, and quality in both food and service.
• Carefully interviewed, selected, trained, and supervised staff.
• Manage a team of 18-30 people at a time.
• Make and maintain functional and consistent schedules.

Setup equipment and assist the crew chief with any tasks regarding construction, topographic, and boundary Surveys.
