- Project lead for improvement of an automated shot blast operation with inline gaging. Increased productivity from 300 parts per shift (pps) to 1,100 pps on average.

- Revised and improved engineering drawings.

  • Rotation 2: Corporate Machining and Automation.

- Mechanical engineering and project lead for an automation project in the AAM Ridgway Facility. Tasks include project design, program management, equipment purchasing, and installation.

- Created and implemented an operator training program for CNC lathes, utilizing ToolingU.

- Assisting in an improvement project of a forge press operation in an AAM plant located in Mexico.

- Managing an idle asset project, moving a billet cutting saw from one AAM plant to another. Tasks include coordination, creating scopes of work, creating technical evaluations, and supplier management.
