  • Studying engineering and on a small scale through Three Dimensional printing which includes addressing errors in sizing, resin fluidity, printing errors, and mechanical calibration to a millimeter scale.
  • An interest in both the science, technique, and cultural significance in culinary practice. As a mixture of art and science, culinary practice has a potential for recreational enjoyment, basic nutritional needs, and as the rising practice of culinary medicine shows, medical significance beyond basic nutrition. The culinary aspects are important to remind each of us of our history as a species and how not only geographical location, agricultural capabilities and limitations, but also cultural growth have dictated how and what we eat and just how widely varied ingredients, technique, and even equipment encapsulate the diversity within humanity itself.
