Munters has been going through a company wide transformation in the way of integrating a new ERP system and corresponding business processes. While working as a business analyst for the Americas sector, I was asked to join the global integration team as a data migration lead. In this, I am responsible for coordinating resources from the business, from the software vendors, and from contractors to ensure adequate and accurate data migration.

Business Analysts at Munters liaise between IT application developers and business users in order to define requirements and implement systems that meet their needs. I work closely with various internal departments to acquire in-depth knowledge of the company’s business systems and processes. Through this, I analyze these processes and make recommendations for improvements.
This Strategic Planner function was akin to an internal Business Consultant; in this, I was responsible for creating strategies to facilitate process creation or improvement throughout the organization, and aligning quality assurance objectives with the business model. This role consisted of several duties, including researching, creative concept design, project management, and cross-functional team facilitation. These varied functions were utilized to create comprehensive business processes within the company, as well as overhaul established processes that were found to be inefficient.

Berglund Luxury is Roanoke’s premier luxury automotive dealership, selling both new and used Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, and BMW cars. I served as a product specialist/sales professional helping my clientele find the perfect vehicle. Due to the nature of the luxury market - being that many customers are repeat customers - a lot of emphasis was put on relationship building and client satisfaction/retention.
During my time as Corporate-Quality Representative I was part of numerous cross-functional teams to develop processes and procedures to further optimise business operation. One of such teams, was for the development and integration of a brand-new ERP system, as well as a new Quality Management System (IQS), for which I played an integral role. Also, it was my responsibility to handle major quality concerns, at the company level, directly with our customers. Customer concerns were investigated either through internal analysis or on-site at the customer location, and formal responses (8D) were rendered. This experience in my original role as CQR led to my subsequent role as the Strategic Planner for the company.
As the lead QC Analyst, I was tasked with controlling all finished product after production, making the determination whether goods were OK to ship. The responsibility included identifying any and all nonconformity trends, writing reports, and recommending solutions to remedy quality issues.
This role entailed meticulously going through the work order for each finished truck and ensuring each unit was 100% accurate; also applying final warning, descriptive, and instructive labels/decals to finished units.
As the R&D Quality Specialist I worked with the R&D Engineers in testing and running trials of products under development. Another important aspect of my position was ensuring that our finished product met or exceeded the customer requirements, as well as our internal requirements, through extensive automated testing and thorough manual evaluation.
My role with Robertson Marketing Group was multifaceted; this included ensuring order accuracy, conducting inventory counts in the warehouse, and assuring the quality of products coming into the building. I also handled customer complaints and resolved order issues.
