Proficient in meeting the needs of residents in the dining halls, I was able to take on numerous positions throughout my time working; from training to wait tables with my colleagues, to seating the residents at their tables, and delivering food from the kitchen to the tables, I built a foundation of skills that I was able to use. My experience allowed me to work in the nicer dining halls during meals that only a few waiters were able to work each meal, with duties such as preparing platters of wine and cheese before dinner and working directly with the chefs for special events.
