My time at Bollinger Shipyards has consisted of being the facility's HSE Coordinator. Daily responsibilities have included:

• Conducting and managing regular safety audits, identifying areas for compliance improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
• Streamlining reporting processes for incident management, improving accuracy and response times.
• Leading investigations into safety incidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Coordinating emergency response drills, ensuring preparedness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Managing the facility's team of safety representatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in workplace safety.
• Developing risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.

I’ve been fortunate to hold multiple titles within Wellbore Specialties, both locally and internationally in Saudi Arabia. My responsibilities within WBS include/have included managing Field Operations, coordinating and managing QHSE Operations, and Warehouse Management.

• Led field operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.
• Conducted site assessments, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Developed and implemented safety management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conducted regular safety audits and inspections, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.

• At the BHI Houma, LA facility, I worked within the Fishing, Wellbore Cleanout, Whipstock, Through – Tubing, and R&S Departments for Gulf of Mexico Operations. Some of my responsibilities were assembling, maintaining, and overhauling our products as they were shipped and returned from offshore operations. As a team leader, I was also responsible for supervising short-service employees and third party contractors working within our department.
