I like to spend time in nature with my family and dogs.  When I have the opportunity I enjoy Kayaking, paddle boarding and hiking with them in the great outdoors.  Yoga is a practice I try to use daily for my health as well as maintaining a practice of gratitude and relaxation.  I LOVE to read all genres.  I enjoy learning and reading provides the BEST opportunity to learn more!!
