My whole life my father owned his own construction business, upon my graduation I immediately started work with my father. For a long time I was a grunt worker who mainly picked up the jobs site of trash, unused materials and keeping the work place clean. Before moving on to another job I was taught valuable lessons such as good work ethics, and how to work as a team to get jobs done quickly and efficiently.
