- Conducted interviews , including live-on-air interviews, with prominent thinkers, U.S. Government officials and members of U.S. Congress, and target area policy makers; wrote numerous stories based on the interviews; reported live from major events including UN Security Council Sessions relevant for the target area; State of the Union Address of U.S. Presidents; U.S. and target area elections.
- Tracked changes made during editing process using appropriate software tools.
- Coordinated with digital editors and other team members to create visually appealing layouts, and oversaw editing od multimedia elements such as images, videos, TV recordings (footage), for accuracy and quality control purposes.
- Managed a very successful Voice of America Bosnian Language Service team of nine people, as well as its complete output on all media platforms
- Attended conferences and workshops to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
