- Coordinated with digital editors and other team members to create visually appealing layouts, and oversaw editing od multimedia elements such as images, videos, TV recordings (footage), for accuracy and quality control purposes.
- Managed a very successful Voice of America Bosnian Language Service team of nine people, as well as its complete output on all media platforms
