Hobbies

Gardening: When the pandemic began it had cut into my hands on learning at Rutgers University. I decided to practice what I learned via Zoom meetings by buying my own equipment such as LED grow lights, germination mats, rooting hormones, different fertilizers and soil as well. I've practiced air layering, rooting cuttings, and my favorite accomplishment was germinating cacao seeds and transplanting saplings into their own pots. I once also built my own deep water hydroponic system from a plastic storage container and grew tomatoes within that system.


Cooking: I began my professional career pursuing the goal of becoming a Chef. I still enjoy cooking very much and navigate a kitchen very well. I enjoy making pastries, as well as breads at home from time to time.
