I have founded a consulting agency through which I provide professional development, consulting, and technical support for schools, school districts, and cultural organizations that supports students and educators in multilingual programs, including Dual Language, SEI, and World Language programs. I have created the 7 Sides of Dual Language Instruction framework, which has been the featured by the podcast, MITOTE, NAELPA and DLENM's institute, Dual Language Education Foundations for State, District, and School Leadership, K12 Summit, and by La Cosecha. I have been a featured speaker and recognized expert at La Cosecha's annual conference where I have spoken on the 7 Sides of Dual Language Education, high academic achievement in terms of bilingualism and biliteracy, and implementation of middle school dual language programs.

I use my expertise in multilingual education to provide thought leadership to schools and school districts through monthly articles about Dual Language Bilingual Education.

• Led interactive professional development activities to help Dual Language and unilingual teachers develop language acquisition skills. These PD opportunities include staff book clubs and interactive PDs where teachers experience language acquisition while engaging in learning origami.
• Provided Dual Language 101 PD, Bridging (Translanguaging) PD, Separation of Language in DL Programs PD, and Dual Language Reset PDs

• Co-created framework syllabus for "Intergroup Communications"
• Taught the following courses: "Intergroup Communications," "Assessments for Bilingual Students," "Strategies for Instruction of Bilingual Students," & "TESOL Methods"

• Founded Dos Ríos, Windham’s One-Way Developmental Dual Language Program, currently at all elementary schools, converging at the middle school
• Provided PDs for teachers and leadership on Dual Language, ELL Strategies, Culturally Relevant Pedagogy, Trauma-Sensitivity, and GLAD Strategies
• Implemented American Reading Company in all Dual Language classrooms
• Led Equity Committee; wrote the district’s equity and Dual Language policies
• Created district-wide, departmental newsletter; Awarded APEX Award of Publication Excellence by Communication Concepts
• Wrote and managed grants including: Title III, State Bilingual Grant, ESSA Title IV Grant, United Way Neighbors in Need Grant
