Responsible for ensuring trucks pressure don’t get to high when unloading through the unload line. Responsible for running the forklift, excavator, loader and vacuum truck. Responsible for properly maintaining 2 Phase centrifuge and 3 phase centrifuge.When I have alarms on the machines or anything has messed up I troubleshoot and go through everything that I know from knowledge and make sure I find the problem to get it up and running again. I make sure we maintenance all the centrifuges once a week. We add oil, grease up the bearings so they won’t overheat. We double check for wear and tear on the belts bearings scroll drive and bowl drive. Everything is controlled through a screen we have to make sure everything is dialed in correctly for the centrifuges to run properly. What the centrifuges do, I make sure we are getting clean oil, water and disposal of the solids. I do run the plant when the supervisor can’t make it in. When I’m running the plant I make sure everyone is doing what they are suppose to be doing. I check on SWD level if the tank is high I send it down pipeline and make sure there isn’t any pressure in the lines and make sure the water is clean when sending. We have to prioritize the customers first and make sure we have no wait times.
