I have picked up good leadership character, I have spent some time as Assistant Watch Captain for Aft Galley on board the carrier USS George H W Bush, I took on the Watch Captain Position while working in the Wardroom onboard the ship as well. To me being a leader isn't always running the work place, its not only knowing but understanding your workers goals and to help them and train them to be able to achieve them, as a leader I feel it is my responsibility to not only run the workspace, but to help the works be leaders too.
