Helped to build ground-up two new learning centers in 2016 and 2018 respectively, as instructor, team chairman and other leadership roles such as organizing mass events and pieces of trainings for new educators within company.
Currently, I am designing curriculum for two core subjects for in different delivery methods, such as in-person or virtual, providing stakeholders resources to improve instruction efficacy.
This project has increased performances of approximately 35 educators across organization.
My main role is to overseeing team members providing them guidance as grade-level chairman; responsible to identify my members’ abilities/skills to assign their roles and tasks to complete, create structured timelines for deadlines as team, make data-driven decisions (scores, feedbacks, quantitative data) to improve the organization’s rating performance and efficacy
Responsible of ensuring my team is providing high quality of instructions by setting clear expectation and modeling them to unfold opportunities to all learners. These expectations are giving during team planning meetings.
