  • Conducted hiring and developed Training Manual for Phoenix Region impacting over 7 Divisions and 40+ employees.
  • Supervised daily planning, coordination and administration for division operations. Our Division became one of the Top Divisions in our Company.
  • Controlled costs by streamlining operations and reducing waste. We always were careful with Company Expenses.

I inherited an Division where the company had to Fire the last Division Manager, Territory Managers were not trained, I had to put together a Plan to Improve the Division. Over the next 2 Years, the Las Vegas Division would go from one of the worse to one of the Best and it is now the Flagship Division where the Company test new products. Every Division that I have lead became one of the best.
  • Maintained positive customer relations by addressing problems head-on and implementing successful corrective actions. One of ur challenges was the condition of the Market. Pricing, Presence on display fixtures. Product Availability were all very bad. Over the next 2 years our Division would out perform most and go on the achieve Top Results.
  • Maintained professional demeanor by staying calm when addressing unhappy or angry customers. Our Division rebuilt Customer Service, improve visits and Results. All Brands grew Share of Market.
  • Assisted in organizing and overseeing assignments to drive operational excellence. One of my achievements was Developing a Team who could Self Manage, and Lead. Over my years as a Manager I have Promoted over 10 Team Members.
  • Used industry expertise, customer service skills and analytical nature to resolve customer concerns and promote loyalty. I coached each TM to evaluate and act on the Data for each outlet to grow Share of Market. We were highly Successful.
