Systems Administration

• Windows Server Patching: Tanium Cloud Platform – replaced BigFix Endpoint Manager with Tanium: Primarily responsible for implementing, configuring and troubleshooting Tanium for automated patch and endpoint management; Tasked with becoming the SME of Tanium
• Windows Server Patching with IBM BigFix Endpoint Manager – weekly application of monthly patch baselines to approximately 70 Test, Development and Production serversVMWare Adminstration (vShpere Client v7) – Clone and create new server virtual machines, Manage servers, Upgrade harddrive, memory or cpu resources, Create snapshots, Update VMware Tools
• Systems Monitoring – Migration from previous monitoring solution to Zabbix Monitoring: Upgraded it from SNMP mail based configuration to Zabbix agent based data collection on 350 Windows Servers - This effort entailed installing the agent on each of the servers and reconfiguring each server, Remediate monitoring alerts, monitor SSL cert expirations
• Okta Single Sign-On Administration – Activate and Deactivate User, Add Applications (Tiles) to User Profiles, Initiate Syncs with Active Directory

• Responsible for testing AWS servers failover and advise the team on AWS services
• Independently plan, coordinate, and install the entire IT infrastructure of 3 to 4 $500K-$1 Million dollar State-of-the-Art Nuclear pharmacies annually
• Led a company-wide network Infrastructure upgrade from Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) to Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SDWAN) to improve network performance and latency, boost network security and significantly reduce network costs
• Developed and Implemented the migration of Jubilant’s fax lines to a Cloud based platform
• Between this and the consolidation project listed below, decreased monthly telecom spend from $9K to under $1K
• Approximately $100K annual savings
• Coordinate nationwide Dell server, desktop, laptop, and Cisco Meraki switch deployments
• Consolidated Plain Old Telephone lines (POTS lines) which are still used for fax, burglar and fire alarms; reduced the number of lines from 108 lines to 48 by coupling multiple services to one line; resulting in significant operational cost savings

• Migrated 50+ pharmacies located nationwide to Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) over a 2-year time period which involved upgrading their Infrastructure from T1 copper lines with data speed of 1.54 Mbps to Ethernet fiber optic lines with data speed of 10 Mbps to support the additional voice data traffic
• Infrastructure Team Leader to 6 Service Desk Specialists and 3 System Applications Analysts: assign and delegate work assignments; guide the team with troubleshooting and problem resolution; create and maintain process documents; manage and resolve escalations; purchase IT hardware and software; Vendor Management; Decision Making responsibilities in regard IT Infrastructure
• Administer and maintain Infrastructure environment: Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), VMware vCenter & vSphere version 5, Windows Server Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Exchange 2013, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Hyper-V; created Linux and Windows server virtual machines (VMs) as needed
• Installed and deployed Microsoft SCCM Bitlocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM v2.5) to approximately 800 physical servers, desktops, and laptops Nationwide which encrypted the hard drives of these company assets

• Onsite Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the company’s system critical pharmacy dispensing system, the BioRx Nuclear Pharmacy Management System
• Educated departments on how to properly utilize the software; performed frontend administration of the software and was the primary liaison between Triad Isotopes and the software vendor
• Provided BioRx software backend administration: created and executed SQL queries to extract data and generate reports direct from BioRx MySQL database; backed up, deleted, and rebuilt BioRx databases regularly in Test and Stage environments; monitored & maintained synchronization of all pharmacy MySQL databases on Linux servers located in the pharmacies with master Linux and Windows database servers located at Home Office
• Scheduled and supervised all BioRx software hot patches, updates, and complete upgrades
