Hello there. My name is Earl Mosley IV. I currently am involved and train at Universal Technical Institute for Industrial Maintenance in Lisle, IL. I'm a post high school graduate, 18 year old hands-on technician with expertise in operating hydraulic, pneumatic, electric, and general day-to-day systems with experience with various tools suited for the job. I've mastered terminology relating to the field and can successfully diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain multiple systems in a commercial/work area. Through my training, I've helped prevent downtime/production disruptions and ensured that every piece of equipment meets the optimal quality and safety standards as well as learning imperative organizational skills for inventory management.
At Jewel Osco, I repaired and Diagnosed issues with machinery such as cardboard crushers, electric power jacks, and cooling systems as a backup assistant in the absence of the administrators and shift managers. I also managed inventory depending on what department I was assigned to such as dairy, frozen, and grocery, amplifying my organizational skills. We would place stock on corresponding U-boats and Pallet Jacks and store them in designated areas, keeping everything accessible and leading to more items being worked in less amount of time. Additionally, since new employees were always coming in, I had to teach them how to organize and coordinate.
